Reviews daily inventory activity; keeps accurate inventory records.
Maintains adequate levels of inventory stock of all the important materials.
Prepare re-order Level with quantities needed for maintaining minimum inventory stock and proceed Purchase Requisition for ordering.
Prepare Purchase order for required items.
Once items are received, ensure Physical Count of the received items.
Supplies proper accountabilities for all the inventory.
Follow the Inward and Outward procedure Properly.
Reviews inward and Outward records.
Reconcile invoices with correct GRN, then forwards to accounts for payments.
Work closely with vendor for quick delivery and services.
Issue and record supplies of materials and equipment to needed department employees.
Organize and keeps storage and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
Works closely with maintenance and production department to understand various requirements of parts and consumables.
