Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to patients or insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical
claims.
Ensuring all patient and insurance information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
Identifying and resolving any claim rejections or denials.
Documenting all calls and actions taken in the system.
Meeting daily or weekly targets for number of calls made and claims resolved.
Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve complex issues. Participating in training programs and meetings to improve knowledge and skills. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and company policies.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Supporting management in other areas of the revenue cycle as needed.
Work Location: Chennai, Velachery
Work Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
Food: Dinner will be provided.

Shift: Night Shift
Who can apply
1. Any Graduates.
2. Should possess good communication skills.
3. Willingness to work from the office and in Night shift. U.S. timings.
4. Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
5. Should be ready to give commitment for at least 2 years
