Responsible for completion of each activity within the time schedule as per set specifications, drawings, standards and norms .
Responsible for taking necessary steps to ensure the progress of work as per monthly , weekly and daily schedule
To allocate the day to day works to the respective team
Responsible for closure co ordination with labour team for daily activities like giving marking, levels, barbending schedule, clarifying doubts in the drawing etc
Responsible for effective utilization of Shuttering materials
Responsible for the execution of each activity as per set quality standards by close working with labour team , by guiding and supporting them to get best workman ship
To supervise the quality and workman ship of daily activity on hourly basis and avoid any quality issues .
Responsible to give training to labour team to get required quality standards
Responsible to co ordinate with client engineers for checking and approval for each activity to be carried out as per the norms and to maintain the pore card
Responsible for testing of cubes or any other test required.
